Extended family sessions are slowly becoming some of my favorite types of sessions! I love the chaos and the team of people behind me making sure that baby smiles! I met with the Howard family at 9 am, and it was warm and beautiful out!

Back in January, I met with Luba and Nathan for some updated photos together at Confederation Park. These two have been married for 10 years already! Of course their adorable pups were included in their session. :)
Since it’s grad season I thought it would be fitting to blog Josh’s grad session from back in January. He really wanted grad photos that were different from everyone else, and since he grew up in Alaska he decided winter photos would be best! We had such warm weather and beautiful golden light, his session was awesome!
Would you believe one of the first things these two said to me was “We’re so awkward, we’re gonna take terrible pictures.” But look how cute they are!! You guys would not believe how many clients tell me that within the first 5 minutes of their session. I have yet to meet a couple or family that has taken terrible images, and I doubt I ever will. Leave all the stressing about posing and where the heck to put your hands to me. I promise I will tell you if your hair is messy or your jacket is wonky. You are beautiful and your love is beautiful.
Now go look at this adorable couple! They are getting married in August and I cannot wait!
I met Erik and Breanna at Hastings Lake Gardens back in September for their engagement session! They had the most perfect weather and to top off the evening a long golden hour. I cannot wait to photograph their wedding here in June!
