I met with Matt and Taylor on a gloomy day in August for their Engagement photos. One good thing about all the rain we got this summer is that everything is so green! It looks so good in photos!
I can’t wait for these two to get married this weekend! It looks like they will have a perfect sunny fall day, it will be beautiful!
Back in April, Kristina and I trekked down to Calgary to spend the day with Enas and Yavuz. They got warm and sunny weather all day, which is pretty lucky for us in April.
Their traditional ceremony was held at Enas’ family home. All the guest piled into their living room to watch the two of them get married. Afterwards, we went to a local park to get some stunning portraits of them before heading to the reception. Where they ended their perfect day with LOTS of dancing!

When Jimit sent me an email explaining his plan to propose to Savani at Moraine lake this summer I got so excited! I absolutely love capturing surprise proposals!
These two are from Missouri and were taking a trip up to Banff for a long weekend. Although the weather was a little rainy and cold, nothing can beat popping the question with a backdrop like Moraine lake! After Savani said yes, we walked along the trail to get a few pictures of the two of them.

I met with Sian at Block 1912 on Whyte Ave for some new headshots! Sian is a trauma psychologist. She works primarily in the hospital helping patients who have gone through something awful.
She is just heading back to work after having her babies and this mama totally rocked her session!

Back in Febuary, I drove down to Red Deer to photograph Kyra and Danny’s wedding day! The forcasted high for the day was -35 without the wind chill, but that didn't stop theses two from having the best day of their lives.
Our first stop was the Conquist House, where everyone was getting ready!
Kyra chose to do a first look with her father. I LOVE theses, it is such a precious moment and when the dads cry it melts my heart.
Kyra and Danny also did a first look of their own!
After both the first looks, we had time to squeeze in some formals in the beautiful house before heading to the ceremony.
Then it was off to do some formals in Coronation park, they were such troopers in the cold weather, before warming up at the reception.
