Surprise photographer Banff
If you’ve been around here for awhile you know I never turn down a session in the mountains, you also know I never turn down a surprise proposal. When Nick contacted me and asked if I’d drive to help him capture his surprise proposal I didn’t hesitate!
These two hiked in the rain all day waiting for me to arrive, I didn’t think these two would be up for photos in the rain after freezing all day, but just after Nick proposed the sun came out and the valley cleared! It was such a beautiful day!
Jason contacted me with big plans to propose to his girlfriend while they were in town for a tournament this August. We had a beautiful calm, warm night down by the water. With golden light as well! I love shooting surprise proposals, they’re always so fun!
When Aladdin contacted me back in December asking me to document his proposal in Lake Louise, I was so excited!
Surprise Proposals are my favourite thing to photograph. There is just so much excitement and I love seeing how everything plays out!

Eric contacted me at the beginning of October, and told me of his plans to propose to Danielle when they were in Banff on vacation. His plan sounded perfect, so I hopped on board! Their session was beautiful and full of tears and giggles! I’m so glad I got to capture this for them!

When Jimit sent me an email explaining his plan to propose to Savani at Moraine lake this summer I got so excited! I absolutely love capturing surprise proposals!
These two are from Missouri and were taking a trip up to Banff for a long weekend. Although the weather was a little rainy and cold, nothing can beat popping the question with a backdrop like Moraine lake! After Savani said yes, we walked along the trail to get a few pictures of the two of them.
