Drumheller Grad Photographer | Stefani

Happy happy Friday! 

This summer, a few friends of mine from NAIT and I gathered together some models and headed down to Drumheller for the day to take some amazing images. 

Stefani, believe it or not is not a model by trade. She is a really good friend of mine from my teaching days at the YMCA. There's nothing like screaming children in a pool to bring you closer, am I right? Stefani graduated from high school in the spring of 2016 and I've been dying to photograph her in her grad dress ever since. So, I asked her to come along! 

Stefani just started her 2nd year at the U of A in education, and she will be an amazing teacher! This girl is so kind and so so patient. Oh, and she's gorgoeus. Go have a look at her photos and you'll see for yourself! 

Yellowstone Road Trip | Part 1: Waterton Lakes National Park

Happy Friday Friends! 

This summer Adam and I ventured down through Jasper and then down to Waterton and finally into Yellowstone National Park. I didn't even take any pictures in Jasper because to be honest, the weather was miserable. The rain didn't let up once in 3 days and on our last night it hit -1 overnight. Which would have been fine, if we weren't in a tent. But I mean it was June, so I wasn't exactly expecting temperatures that low. Or snow. I also wasn't expecting it to snow. But, I was still in our Rockies so not even record rainfall could make me want to go home. <3 

Once we hit Waterton the weather improved a lot and you can see with all the sunshine in the photos! This was my first visit to Waterton and I was seriously impressed with the wind down there. If you've ever been you know what I'm talking about. 

Waterton is beautiful and the cutest small town you'll ever visit.

Summer is super crazy in a photographer's world, but it's also my favourite time of year because I get to work with awesome couples like these two! 

Ellen and Matt couldn't stop giggling throughout their entire session down in Rainbow Valley Park. I wish them a happy wedding day this October!

Edmonton Bridal Photography | Training Day

Hello there! 

I know it's been a while since I've blogged but it's been a crazy start to 2017 for me! In December I met Amy of Redtree Photography and she was looking for another lady to join her team. We hit it off right off the bat and I'm happy to announce we've joined forces! 

Amy set up a 'Training Day' for all her ladies. She brought in hair and makeup artists and some beautiful models for us to photograph. I had an awesome day shooting with the Redtree Photography ladies and I can't wait for wedding season to start!
